Bioavailable organic sulfur, biotin, and vitamin C help to strengthen cartilage and joints, and improve the condition of skin, hair and nails.
The product helps:
METHYLSULFONYLMETHANE (MSM)
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a bioavailable organic sulfur. Sulfur is most abundant in the skin, nails, hair, joints, and muscles, so getting enough sulfur is very important for maintaining the health of these systems. Sulfur is involved in the formation of collagen and keratin - the main structural proteins of the skin, hair and nails, as well as glycosaminoglycans - the structural components of cartilage and tendons. Improves the delivery of nutrients to the muscles and accelerates their recovery after exercise. Lack of sulfur can lead to fragility, thinning and dull color of hair and nails, early aging of the skin, and impair joint mobility.
BIOTIN
Biotin (vitamin H, vitamin B7) contains sulfur and, together with MSM, participates in the synthesis of collagen and keratin - important structural components of hair and nails. Regulates fat metabolism in the skin and normalizes the sebaceous glands. Helps maintain natural hair color.
VITAMIN C
Plays an important role in the synthesis of collagen and elastin - the main proteins of connective tissue, which is part of cartilage, muscles, tendons, skin, and blood vessels.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
