Lecithin
Lecithin contains phospholipids, fundamental components of cell membranes, including nerve cells in the Central Nervous System (CNS). Phospholipids are vitally important for brain function. In fact, phospholipids help release neurotransmitters, which help neurons (nerve or brain cells) communicate with one another. Lecithin may help improve memory, support a good mood. It contains choline, which the body converts into the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, that is involved in transmitting nerve signals. Acetylcholine plays a role in muscle movement, memory, and other functions.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule twice a day with a meal.
