1. Personal Information of Children Under 13

Coral Club is committed to the safety of our children. The Site is intended for a general audience and is not designed or intended for use by or targeted to children younger than the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children younger than the age of 16. However, in all cases, if you are younger than the age of 18, you may use the Site (and any related services or features) only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Persons under the age of 18 may not enroll as Coral Club Independent Distributors or register as customers. We do not solicit or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 16, we will immediately delete such information from our database. Because we do not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16, we have no such information to use or disclose to third parties.

2. Information Collection

Coral Club collects information from visitors to the Site at different points on the Site.

Traffic Data. Like most website operators, Coral Club automatically gathers device and usage information of the sort that browsers automatically make available, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use the Site, and other technical information (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you and is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Site, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Credit/Debit Card and Payment Information. Payment information (including Credit/Debit card information) is collected at registration or for shopping cart orders is used only to process payment for purchases and authorized fees. Payment information is retained by us in order to facilitate subscription purchases. In addition, users may elect to store their payment information in order to pay for future product orders and recurring fees. To protect your Personal Information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your payment information is not inappropriately used, lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. 3. Information Obtained From Third Party Sources

We may supplement the Personal Information that a user provides to us with additional Personal Information gathered from public sources or from third parties (e.g., consumer reporting agencies) who may lawfully provide such information to us. We may receive information about you such as contact information and demographics information from other sources. In addition, we may combine information you give us with information from these sources. The types of information and sources of such information include without limitation the following categories:

  • Vendors. We may receive contact information and demographic information that you provide to or through our vendors, such as through our email and text message campaigns or payment processors.
  • Your Coral Club Distributor (if applicable). Information such as account or demographic information that is submitted by your Coral Club Distributor on your behalf.
  • Payment Service Providers. Payment information such as updated credit card number and expiration dates from your bank or credit card company which we use to keep our records current and service you better.
  • Delivery Service Providers. Delivery details such as updated delivery, contact information, and address information from our carriers or other third parties which we use to keep our records current, process orders, deliver your next purchase, and service you better.
  • Social Media. Information that you publicly post on our and your social media pages (e.g., our Facebook®, Instagram®, and Twitter® pages), such as your contact and demographic information, such as likes, interests, preferences, comments, suggestions, and opinions, general feedback, and content.
  • Other Third-Party Sources (Including Data Aggregators and Public Databases). Transactional data from third party purchases; contact information, demographics information, including profile data; information about products or services purchased from other companies.

4. Information That Users Make Public

The Site may contain features (e.g., public profiles, forums, and message boards) that permit you to upload, post, transmit, display, perform or distribute content, information or other material, including some of your Personal Information. Any information that you choose to disclose by means of such features becomes public information over which Coral Club is unable to exercise control. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information by means of such features, and you agree to assume all responsibility for doing so.

5. Personal Information Use and Disclosure Practices

Personal Information Use. Personal Information is used as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. In general, we use your Personal Information to:

  • Process your orders;
  • Communicate with you regarding your orders, your account, the use of our products or services, or otherwise provide customer service;
  • Maintain your account and keep track of any purchases made by you;
  • Authenticate your account credentials and identify you to log in to the Site;
  • Personalize your experience on the Site;
  • Send you marketing communications about services and products offered by us and our affiliated companies, as permitted by law;

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Coral Club DOES NOT sell, rent, share, or disclose Personal Information to or with any third party not affiliated with or owned by Coral Club. Coral Club will never give or sell your Personal Information to be used for the purposes of sending you unsolicited commercial offers (such as spam) from any third party. Coral Club will not use your Personal Information to send you unsolicited commercial offers. However, we may need to contact you for purposes other than marketing, as for example regarding the status of the Site, your account or other matters related to your role as a Customer of Coral Club® products. You may not opt-out of these kinds of communications. If you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, please follow the directions in the emails.

Disclosure Practices. Personal Information is disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy. Except under the following circumstances and otherwise as set forth in this Privacy Policy, Coral Club will keep your Personal Information private and will not sell it to or share it with third parties.

  • Disclosure in Connection with Services. Coral Club discloses Personal Information to those who help it provide Services, including, for example, those who perform technical, administrative and data processing tasks such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, live chat customer support, and data storage and security.
  • Our Affiliates. We may disclose your Personal Information to our affiliated companies (e.g., parent company, sister company, subsidiary, etc.) for the following purposes:
    • To maintain your Coral Club Membership Account
    • To maintain your online account at us.coral.club
  • By Law or to Protect Rights. Coral Club discloses Personal Information when required to do so by law, or in response to a subpoena or court order, or when Coral Club believes in its sole discretion that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Coral Club, third parties or the public at large.
  • Legally Required Law Enforcement, Judicial and Administrative Agency Disclosures. Coral Club will provide confidential and Personal Information as necessary to comply with judicial and administrative orders, subpoenas, Civil or Criminal Investigative Demands, Administrative and Regulatory Demands and other legal obligations. In order for Coral Club to conduct business in certain jurisdictions, Coral Club must disclose certain personally identifiable and confidential information to regulatory authorities in such jurisdictions. Such information may include, but is not limited to, income information and Personal Information.
  • Business Transfers; Bankruptcy. In the event Coral Club goes through a business transition or a transfer, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, or in the unlikely event that Coral Club goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, our users’ Personal Information may be part of the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Coral Club or its assets may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as set forth in such acquirer’s privacy policy if you were given an opportunity to affirmatively opt-out of it. Personal Information submitted or collected after a transfer, however, may be subject to a new privacy policy adopted by Coral Club’s successor organization.
  • Unpaid Accounts. If you fail to pay any balance owed to Coral Club, we may, as permitted by law, report your Personal Information, including without limitation your unpaid balance, to consumer credit reporting services, collection agencies and others.
  • In Connection with Marketing Program. As a network marketing company, Coral Club discloses certain of the Personal Information of its customers, Distributors, and prospective customers and Distributors, and other users of the Site to Distributors as follows:
    • Invite a Friend. If a Coral Club Distributor invites family or friends to join the Coral Club network or to attend a Coral Club home party, Coral Club will send an email on such individual’s behalf to the indicated recipient. The Distributor’s name and email address will appear in the “From” line of such email.
    • Lead Assignment and Distributor Locator Features. Coral Club occasionally will assign prospective sales and new customer and Distributor leads to Distributors. In these cases, we will provide the lead with the appropriate Distributor’s name and contact information and/or provide a Distributor with the prospective lead’s name and contact information. In addition, Coral Club has a Distributor Locator feature on the Site. Pursuant to this feature, a prospective customer or new Distributor can locate a nearby Coral Club Distributor. In order to make the Distributor Locator feature and the lead assignments effective, the company will provide the prospective customer or new Distributor with the Distributor’s name and contact information, which may include his/her telephone number, address, and/or email address.
    • Downline Activity/Genealogy Reports. As a network marketing company, Coral Club provides certain information to Distributors regarding other Distributors and customers enrolled in a Distributor’s downline marketing organization (sales team). To help Distributors in Coral Club’s network marketing program manage their independent businesses, we provide Distributors with some of the Personal Information of other Distributors and registered customers whom they have personally sponsored/enrolled as well as other Distributors who are on their sales teams. If you enroll as a Distributor or register as a Coral Club customer, your name, Coral Club rank, address, telephone number, and email address as well as data relating to your sales, purchases and recruitment activity will be disclosed to the Distributor who sponsored you and to other Distributors who are upline to you and your sponsoring Distributor. Such information is shared via the Distributor Back-Office to the Site. No other Personal Information will be shared with Distributors. Information relating to downline Distributors and customers is made available to Distributors subject to a confidentiality and non-solicitation covenant in the agreement that each Distributor enters into with Coral Club. However, Coral Club does not warrant that other Distributors will adhere to the confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants, and Coral Club shall not be responsible for Distributors’ violation of these covenants. By enrolling as a Distributor or registering as a Coral Club customer, you consent to the disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this paragraph.
  • Surveys. It may become necessary to conduct surveys of our customers or Distributors. Should we deem it necessary to conduct a survey, we may outsource the survey to a third party. We will provide the third-party survey company with your Personal Information as is necessary for the third-party survey company to conduct the survey and to those third parties whom we engage to review and analyze the results of the survey. We will not provide your social security number, credit/debit card, banking, payment, or other sensitive information to the survey provider.

6. Use of Aggregate Information

We may share aggregated information from time to time with our partners, vendors or other third parties. When such aggregate information is shared by Coral Club, it is deidentified and no Personal Information is shared.

We store information that we collect through log files to create a profile of our users. Log files record anonymous internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. For purposes of clarity and the avoidance of doubt, IP addresses, etc.; are not linked to Personal Information. An anonymous profile stores information detailing how individual users use the Site. It is used solely for internal purposes; to help us improve the experience of our users. We do not share your profile with any third parties.

7. Tracking Technologies

Coral Club analyzes Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies to help Coral Club better understand who is using the Site and how they are using it. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, Coral Club is able to better design the Site to improve your experience, and to serve you more relevant and interesting content. From time to time, Coral Club may release Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies in the aggregate, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Site. Coral Club does not attempt to link information gathered using Cookies to Personal Information.

We employ, or our third-party advertising partner employs, software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on the site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to a user’s Personal Information.

Each registered User has access to extended information on the products they purchase. This option uses the experience of other Users about the products purchased. By subscribing to the extended informing, the User expresses their consent to provide their data on the purchased products.

In the case of the User’s explicit consent, by entering the appropriate value in the settings of the personal account to receive the advanced notification option for the purchased goods, access to the User’s data can be provided to other Users. The following information is used for this purpose:

  • contacts: e-mail, mobile phone.
  • number of days before the status change.
  • a list of events for which the person is registered.
  • messengers for fast communication: Skype, Telegraph, WhatsApp, Vyber.
  • list of purchases for the current month, history of purchases for 6 months.

By using a resource of extended information on purchased goods, Users have an opportunity to share their opinions about the product. 9. Security – How Coral Club Protects Personal Information

Coral Club takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect your information. When you enter sensitive information on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using Secure Socket Layer technology (often referred to as “SSL”). However, given the nature of the Internet and the fact that network security measures are not infallible, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

We also make an effort to protect your information off-line. All of a users’ Personal Information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to Personal Information. All employees are kept up to date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that store your Personal Information are housed in a secure environment.

When registering for access to a secure area of the Site, we will ask you to select a username and password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. We will respond to requests for access to Personal Information within 30 calendar days. If you are a Distributor, you may make certain of these changes via your Distributor Back Office or by otherwise logging into your Coral Club account. If you are a registered customer, you may make certain of these changes by logging into your Coral Club account. All other users may make such requests by contacting us at the contact information set forth below.

11. Retention of Personal Information

Unless there is something in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we may retain and use your Personal Information for as long as your account is active and for a period of time thereafter to allow you to re-activate your account without loss of information, or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal requirements and obligations, defend our rights, resolve conflicts and disputes, improve the Site, address complaints, and enforce our agreements. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at the contact information set forth below.

We receive notice when you open an email or click a link within a marketing email. 15. Online Advertising – Targeted Advertising

From time to time, Coral Club may conduct contests, giveaways, and other promotions (collectively, “Promotional Activities”). Any information submitted via the Site in connection with Promotional Activities will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. From time to time, Coral Club may also ask you to participate in surveys designed to help Coral Club improve the Site, its products, services, or the Coral Club network marketing program. Any Personal Information provided to Coral Club via the Site in connection with any survey will be used only in relation to that survey and will be disclosed to third parties not bound by this Privacy Policy only in aggregated form.

18. Amendment of Privacy Policy; Notification of Changes

Coral Club reserves the right to amend or change this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically access this Privacy Policy by clicking on the Privacy Policy link at our home page. You can determine the date this Privacy Policy was last updated by referring to the effective date found at the end of the policy. When material changes or amendments are made to the Privacy Policy, we will announce the same at our home page for a period of 30 days following implementation of the amended Privacy Policy.

19. Dispute Resolution

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. The offer extended by this Agreement, and any acceptance of its terms, shall occur in Clark County, State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from or relating to this privacy policy shall be brought in the courts of the State of Nevada residing in Clark County. Each party to a dispute arising from or relating to this privacy policy shall bear his/her/its own attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses. If a visitor to the Site wishes to bring an action for the breach of this privacy policy, he/she shall do so on an individual basis. Visitors waive all rights to bring an action on a class or consolidated basis. If a visitor to the Site is also a Coral Club Distributor and combines claims under this privacy policy with claims that are subject to the Coral Club Distributor Agreement, the dispute resolution provisions of the Distributor Agreement shall govern.

20. Online Privacy Policy Only

Except as may otherwise be provided herein, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline.

21. Contact Information
