Liposomal Curcumin is the most bioavailable form of curcumin.

Curcumin, the powdered rhizome of turmeric, has been used in India and southern Asia for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb. It has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect and is a very strong antioxidant. Curcumin supports the central nervous system, speeding up the growth of new neurons and fighting various degenerative processes in the brain. Also, curcumin can help reduce inflammation throughout the cardiovascular system and support optimal cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood sugar levels.

The main obstacle to using turmeric is the low bioavailability of curcumin. This nutrient is poorly absorbed and quickly degrades in the body.
